Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Canada: 7–20 business days
- International: 10–25 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.
Shipping Rates
- Free Shipping on orders over $75
- Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout for orders below the free shipping threshold.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already been processed or shipped, Caventa cannot guarantee address changes or refunds.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Caventa is not responsible for shipping carrier delays once an order has been handed over to the carrier.
If your package appears lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, contact us and we will do our best to help.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the packaging
We will review your claim and work toward a resolution as quickly as possible.
